Taranto is also renowned for its <strong data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1082\">DOC winemaking,<\/strong> developed mainly throughout its province.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1131\" \/><p data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1160\"><strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1158\">The Tourist Itinerary<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1551\">The tour begins in the <strong data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1198\">Old Town,<\/strong> which has preserved its ancient urban structure, and with the <strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1310\">Cathedral of San Cataldo (11th\u201312th century),<\/strong> dedicated to the city\u2019s patron saint.
